An Extremely Satisfied Customer July 20, 2004 Matt, Just wanted to drop a note and let you know how happy I am with this upgrade. I own the new 2004.5 Dodge 600 3500 series and installed part number 2016. The truck was amazing without the predator, but with it unbelievable. We live in Phoenix AZ and tow a 13,000 pound 5th wheel for vacations; we took our first trip to Flagstaff AZ last weekend with the predator installed never dropped below 70MPH pulling the steepest mountains between Phoenix and Flagstaff. I received many stares as I passed Power strokes, Duramax, and even other new Dodge Cummings going up these mountains. This products works! I even feel the truck working with less effort. This was evident when the Temp gauge never exceeded normal driving temperatures, which was surprising knowing outdoor temperatures exceeded 100 degrees. Again thanks for a great product; I recommend this to anyone who desires more from their truck. Oh yea, received my predator overnight, had to take my oldest son to work and was running late so I didn't have time to install then, but after dropping him off at his work I could not stand it any longer so I pulled into a parking slot, read the instructions and installed it their in less that 10 minutes. Even my wife is amazed, she told me after getting home this was the best investment we have made to any vehicle we have owned. On most trips pulling the 5th wheel she gets nervous thinking about the drive, heat, hills and crazy drivers. We seem to have solved all but the crazy drivers, as coming home from Flagstaff she fell a sleep. Thanks again.
